How long does it take to ship a complete bicycle?
Complete custom bicycles typically take 4 to 8 weeks to assemble and safety-check before shipping. Framesets and small parts usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.
What is your return policy on bike components?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled components in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship frames and components worldwide. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees incurred at customs.
Why does Rivendell focus on steel frames instead of carbon fiber?

Can I visit your workshop for a test ride?
Absolutely. Our Walnut Creek headquarters is open for visits. We recommend calling ahead to ensure we have your specific size and model built up for a test ride.
